Police find no evidence of Hamilton’s sabotage in email.

In 2025, Lewis Hamilton will be leaving Mercedes after a successful 11-year tenure. Recently, an anonymous email was sent to Toto Wolff, the team principal of Mercedes, accusing Hamilton’s car of being sabotaged. Despite initial concerns, the police have confirmed that no criminal offenses were committed by the sender of the email.

The Northamptonshire police received a report regarding the email that had circulated within the Mercedes AMG F1 Team. After investigation, it was determined that no criminal activities took place. The police did offer advice on handling any future emails that the team may receive. Toto Wolff and Lewis Hamilton remain focused on ending their partnership positively, despite the speculation and accusations surrounding Hamilton’s car being sabotaged.

Wolff dismissed the claims made in the email as baseless, attributing them to paranoia. He reiterated his and Hamilton’s commitment to finishing their time together on a high note before Hamilton makes the move to Ferrari in 2025.
