Atlas Science Center prioritizes hands-on learning and exploration

The Atlas Science Center in Appleton is dedicated to scientific exploration through its education programs. With a range of hands-on activities for kids focused on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), the center provides engaging and educational opportunities for children to explore various scientific concepts in a fun and interactive way.

This month, the Science Live! Stage Show is featuring “Microscopic Math,” while the Paper Science Lab is concentrating on “Seed Paper.” Looking ahead to May, the Science Live! Stage Show will showcase “Building without Instruction,” while the Paper Science Lab will highlight “Spring Pulp Painting.”

In addition to these events, the Atlas Science Center will host an Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A list of activities for the event can be found on their website.
