Our new company is a start-up focused on acquiring businesses through blank check funding. We will consider any industry, sector or location for our initial business combination opportunity. However, we are particularly interested in middle market and emerging growth technology-focused companies in the Americas, specifically in SaaS and Technology or Fintech and Financial Services. Our management team is headed by Mr. Patrick Orlando, who serves as our Chairman and CEO.
With over 25 years of experience in finance, Mr. Orlando has held various executive roles and has extensive knowledge of special purpose acquisition corporations (“SPACs”). He has been involved in several SPACs as an Executive, Sponsor, and Director, including Yunhong International (Nasdaq: ZGYH), Benessere Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: BENE), and Maquia Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MAQC).
Throughout his career, Mr. Orlando has built a strong network and gained valuable exposure on a global scale.
