The plan specializes in providing medical, mental health, and pharmacy benefits for government programs like Medicaid and CHIP, as well as for fully insured and self-funded employer groups, individuals, and families.

Families can apply for CHIP at any time through MyCase or by calling 1-877-543-7669. For those who are currently on CHIP and need assistance or have questions about changing their plan, they can contact a Health Program Representative at 866-608-9422.
