Central District Health is set to provide low-cost and free health services in McCall this summer at their Valley County offices located at 703 First St. The services being offered include school-age vaccinations, HPV immunizations, and free tests for syphilis and HIV. These services will be available on the second Wednesdays of June, July, and August on the following dates: June 12, July 10, and Aug. 14.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 208-327-7400. Health insurance is not required, but patients are asked to bring medical records and insurance information if they are insured. Patients do not need appointments for HPV immunizations.

Central District Health also offers other low-cost or free health programs throughout the year for qualifying Valley County residents. These programs include telehealth visits, tobacco cessation classes, child oral health programs, and the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. Only 4 in 10 Idahoans who qualify for WIC are currently enrolled, and officials are working to change that statistic.
