Garrison Technology, a London-based cybersecurity company, has been acquired by Everfox, formerly known as Forcepoint Federal. This acquisition will broaden Everfox’s portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and help safeguard digital infrastructure. The transaction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2024, pending regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
Everfox, headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, rebranded from Forcepoint Federal earlier this year to reflect its dedication to delivering top-notch cybersecurity platforms to federal government clients. CEO Sean Berg expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition and noted that Garrison’s technology offerings in hardware-enforced security and software solutions complement Everfox’s existing software cross domain solutions for connecting high-threat networks on-premise and in the cloud.
Garrison Technology was founded in 2014 by CEO David Garfield and Chief Scientist Henry Harrison and provides cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for government and commercial clients to support their digital transformation initiatives. Their ULTRA browser isolation platform is designed to protect organizations from online threats like phishing and ransomware attacks.
Financial advisory for the acquisition was provided by Citi on behalf of Everfox.
