Entrepreneur Karin Exner-Wöhrer Resigns from Signa Prime Supervisory Board Citing Disagreements over Remuneration

Board Member Resigns After Only Five Days

Karin Exner-Wöhrer, a well-known entrepreneur, has reportedly resigned from her position as a member of Signa Prime’s supervisory board. According to reports, the change occurred just five days ago, with Exner-Wöhrer citing disagreements and uncertainties regarding remuneration as reasons for her departure.

Exner-Wöhrer was one of three new members elected to the board recently, along with Michael Mitterdorfer and Sebastian Schäfer. Schäfer has a background in law and restructuring, having previously worked at Credit Suisse Group and currently at Kühne Holding AG. The remaining members of the board include Michael Siefert from Madison International Realty and Jürgen-Johann Rupp of German RAG.

The supervisory board had been reduced from eight to five members following Exner-Wöhrer’s departure, leaving four members on the board. However, no official reason for her resignation has been disclosed by either Prime or Exner-Wöhrer.
