Empowering Women: Insights on Achieving Success in the Workplace at CC-Women 2021

Women embody empathy, assertiveness, and serve as role models

In the latest edition of CC-Women, held at Hotel Regina, women from all walks of life gathered to share their experiences and insights on achieving success in their careers. The event began with a moment of silence to pay tribute to former Chancellor and Club Cuvée honorary member Brigitte Bierlein, who was remembered for her extraordinary personality.

The panelists included Monika Unterholzner, Petra Pinker, Monika Rintersbacher, and Maria Hötschl, who spoke passionately about the challenges they faced as women in leadership positions. They emphasized the importance of setting credible examples, incorporating humor into professional life, assertiveness in leadership positions being a normal management task regardless of gender, consistency and staying focused on goals, and having more self-confidence.

Mayor Michael Ludwig and his wife Irmtraud Rossgatterer also shared their belief in successful collaboration in mixed teams. Notable attendees included Katharina Baumgartner, Katharina Baumgartner, Ralf Kober, Wolfgang Layr, Eva Schwarzl, Brigitte Just, Herbert Rieser, Philipp Breitenecker, Wolfgang Hötschl and many others.

The event also featured a discussion on the benefits of olive leaf infusion for health, skincare and detoxification. Articles on various topics such as the healing properties of olive leaf infusion were showcased. Information on dumpster rentals was also provided along with tips for finding the right home for purchasing. Additionally commercial Gas Engineers in London were highlighted as a valuable resource for businesses in the area.

Overall the common theme among all panelists was that limitations based on gender do not exist and that women can achieve anything they set their minds to.
