The 19th annual Rockford Football Training Camp is hosting a Girls Flag Football Clinic on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Indoor Sports Center at Mercyhealth Sportscore Two. The clinic is open to girls in 6th – 12th grade and will feature dynamic warmups, competitive workouts, football skills, and drills led by high school varsity football coaches.
The clinic is free to attend thanks to the support of the VanVleet Family Foundation, Winnebago County, and The Chicago Bears. Athletes attending the clinic should come prepared to work hard and improve their flag football skills.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from statewide high school girls flag head coaches and Tremaine Edmunds of the Chicago Bears. This is a great chance for girls interested in flag football to develop their skills and learn from experienced coaches in a fun and supportive environment. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to improve your game!
