Through the “National Content” program, the exhibition supports companies in benefiting from various incentives while promoting Emiratisation.

These include Project 300 Billion, which is a part of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology; the National Content program; and the Made in UAE initiative.
Omar Al Suwaidi highlighted that this exhibition’s goal is to match job seekers with company requirements while facilitating recruitment processes. He emphasized that supporting employment exhibitions like “Manufacturers” contributes significantly to providing job opportunities for Emiratis in industrial sectors like advanced technology.
Ghanam Butti Al Mazrouei further emphasized that employment exhibitions play an essential role in promoting Emiratisation by creating sustainable job opportunities for young Emiratis. He added that collaborations between relevant bodies can support these efforts further by providing quality job opportunities under various programs such as National Content.
Yasser Saeed Al Mazrouei from ADNOC reiterated his company’s commitment to supporting Emiratisation through enhancing national content in private sector contracts. The strategy aims to provide sustainable job opportunities for young Emiratis while boosting business sustainability and competitive capabilities.
