Completed in 1931, the Empire State Building earned its place on the list with over 100,000 reviews and an impressive average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars.
The recognition was based on feedback from the TripAdvisor community over a 12-month period, with the Empire State Building meeting the criteria for having exceptional reviews and opinions. Less than 1% of the 8 million listings on the site achieve this milestone, making it a significant accomplishment for the popular tourist destination.
Following closely behind were other famous attractions such as Central Park in Manhattan, ranked at 18th place, and The Louvre in Paris which came in seventh overall. However, it is worth noting that there are many other attractions worldwide that offer unique experiences to tourists.
In a separate category for food and drink experiences globally, Secret Food Tours Greenwich Village was listed at 19th. Additionally, Maid of The Mist in Niagara Falls secured second place in the best sailing and day cruises category, showcasing just how diverse travel experiences are available to tourists today.
