Emily Johnston Takes Home Gold in U23 Women’s Race at 2024 World Cup; Riley Amos Secures Fifth Straight XCC Victory

The U23 racers are back for the fifth round of the 2024 World Cup series, following the last race in Italy just a few days ago. Emilly Johnston claimed victory in the women’s race, while Riley Amos secured his fourth XCC win out of five races this year.

U23 Women:

1st place went to Emilly Johnston with a time of 20:46

Carla Hahn came in second with a time of 21:03 (+5)

Madigan Munro finished third with a time of 21:10 (+12)

Olivia Onesti came in fourth with a time of 21:23 (+25)

Ella Maclean-Howell finished fifth with a time of 21:29 (+31)

U23 Men:

Riley Amos claimed first place with a time of 20:39

Bjorn Riley finished in second with a time of 20:41 (+2)

Luca Martin came in third with a time of 20:44 (+5)

Dario Lillo finished fourth with a time of 20:5
