Emily Calandrelli to keynote College of DuPage’s STEMCON event

Discover the world of STEM at College of DuPage’s STEMCON event on April 27th

Emily Calandrelli, the host of the popular Netflix series “Emily’s Wonder Lab,” is set to be the keynote speaker for College of DuPage’s annual STEMCON event on April 27. This year’s event will take place at COD’s Physical Education Center in Glen Ellyn and will feature hands-on activities at both indoor and outdoor interactive exhibits.

Visitors can expect to see STEM activities in action through demonstrations by researchers, industry representatives, and STEM educators. In addition to the interactive exhibits, attendees can also enjoy a keynote discussion by Emily Calandrelli at 12:30 p.m. in the McAninch Arts Center’s Belushi Performance Hall. Following her presentation, there will be a demonstration from Mr. Freeze of Fermilab at 3 p.m. on the MAC stage, showcasing the properties of cryogenics using liquid nitrogen.
