French and Ukrainian Presidents to Sign 650 Million Euro Agreements at Élysée Meeting

French President Emmanuel Macron will be meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, at the Élysée on Friday to sign two agreements totaling 650 million euros in loans and donations to Ukraine. The first agreement will allocate funds from the French Development Agency to expand its activities in Ukraine, focusing on energy and transport sectors as well as administrative capacities.
