In late 2019, Elon Musk unveiled the Cybertruck, showcasing Tesla’s angular pickup truck design. Since then, Musk has been spotted wearing a new pair of shoes with “Cybertruck” written on them at various events and meetings.
One notable occasion where Musk wore the Cybertruck shoes was at a political meeting in Rome organized by the right-wing Italian party Brothers of Italy. At Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting, Musk received a shoutout for his unique kicks. Business Insider investigated and found that the shoes resemble the Roamer men’s shoe from Kizik in blackout color. These shoes have a hands-free sliding feature, making them convenient and easy to wear.
Although Kizik has not confirmed if the shoes were custom-made for Musk, they do offer the Roamer shoe in different colors. The blackout color, similar to what Musk wore, is currently priced at $99, down from $149. While Musk has custom-made Kiziks with the SpaceX and Tesla logos, those exact designs are not available for purchase. However, the off-the-shelf Kizik Roamers provide a good alternative if you’re looking for a similar style.
