Elon Musk, the tech billionaire and CEO of SpaceX and Neuralink, recently welcomed a new child with an executive at one of his companies. Although the news was not publicly announced, it was known among their friends and family. This new child is Musk’s third with the Neuralink executive, bringing their total number of children together to three.
Musk has been very vocal about his concerns regarding declining birth rates and has advocated for more children to combat the issue. In court documents, it was revealed that Musk filed a petition to change the names of the twins he had in 2021 to include both his and the mother’s last names. Although the total number of Musk’s children is not known, he has 11 living children publicly acknowledged. He has five with his first wife, three with the musician Grimes, and now three with the executive at Neuralink.
However, Musk’s involvement with female employees at SpaceX has been reported by The Wall Street Journal as “boundary-blurring relationships.” One former employee accused Musk of suggesting they have children together, which she refused, resulting in her exit from the company with a settlement over $1 million. Despite these allegations, Musk continues to speak publicly about the importance of reproduction and fathering children himself as a solution to underpopulation crisis.
The tech mogul has not commented on the news of their recent child yet but continues to advocate for more children as a way to combat declining birth rates and secure humanity’s future.
