EdukOS, a private high school in eastern Croatia, has undergone a transformation from a Knowledge Center to become the second of its kind in the region. With more than 16,000 students passing through its doors over the years, EdukOS has high standards for education and offers quality education to its full-time students. The school’s founder, Kristijan Šimičić, an economist and private entrepreneur, invested €700,000 in purchasing and furnishing two office buildings in the city center to serve as their headquarters.
EdukOS is committed to developing future leaders by providing scholarships and financial assistance to support talented and deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds. Entrepreneurs also finance the education of exceptional students while monitoring their progress throughout the year to adjust tuition fees accordingly. Each classroom is named after a Croatian scientist, offering a unique learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
The school’s innovative approach includes recording lessons in core subjects for students to review at home, reducing the need for extra tutoring. EdukOS aims to prepare its students for future challenges by offering a modern dynamic education experience that prepares them for success. Students appreciate the hands-on learning opportunities provided by extracurricular activities such as household workshops that teach practical life skills such as cooking, sewing, and etiquette.
