Adriana Green, founder of Estelí, a skin health company based in Greenville, has always been passionate about beauty products. However, her experience with inflammation-related symptoms led her to realize the importance of what goes on the outside of our bodies affecting the inside. This realization prompted her to launch Estelí at a street fair in San Francisco in 2016.
Green’s journey towards creating Estelí began when she started paying attention to the ingredients in the beauty products she was using after experiencing health issues. She quickly discovered alarming information about the ingredients in her favorite beauty products and decided to start making her own products with natural ingredients. Her first product was a rosewater product for herself which eventually led to the creation of Estelí.
Despite facing challenges as a small business owner, Green is motivated by a sense of purpose through Estelí. She believes that beauty products play a significant role in our daily lives and that using natural ingredients can make a big impact on our health and well-being. The support she receives from customers during difficult times motivates her to continue creating high-quality organic products that are not only effective but also aesthetically pleasing thanks to Green’s background as a graphic designer.
