Both the downtown office and satellite locations provide essential services and support to those in need. It is recommended that individuals make appointments in advance, although virtual and phone appointments are also options for convenience and safety. Virtual appointments for personal interviews and provider orientations are available outside of regular business hours as needed.
In addition to these services, ELRC Region 5 now offers phone hours on Tuesday evenings from 5 to 7 p.m. This new service aims to provide support outside of regular business hours for those who may need assistance during the evening.
