Eagles Star Darius Slay Urges Browns to Pay Amari Cooper what He’s Worth

Darius Slay Supports Amari Cooper Getting a Pay Raise

Darius Slay of the Philadelphia Eagles believes that Amari Cooper, wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns, deserves a bigger payday. Slay has faced off against Cooper and has commended him for his consistency on the field, regardless of which team he plays for or who is throwing him the ball.

Even when catching passes from Joe Flacco last season, Cooper remained a reliable target. Slay specifically called out the Cleveland Browns for not offering Cooper the financial compensation he deserves, stating that they need to prioritize paying him what he is worth.

Browns General Manager Andrew Berry and coach Kevin Stefanski have acknowledged the value that Cooper brings to the team, but have not yet met his contract demands. Slay firmly believes that Cooper’s contributions warrant a significant pay raise and hopes that the Browns will recognize and reward his talent accordingly.
