This week, the Dubai real estate market experienced a surge in transactions, with a total of 17.53 billion dirhams exchanging hands through 5,129 procedures. The sales segment accounted for 13.34 billion dirhams through 4,182 deals. Wadi Al Safa 7 led the way in terms of sales volume, with a staggering 1.51 billion dirhams from 246 deals followed closely by Meaisem II with around 1.42 billion dirhams from 72 deals and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 1.03 billion dirhams from 252 sales.
In other news, various online forums and platforms are discussing topics such as online gaming, poker strategy, AI technology, digital productivity, and subscription costs for exclusive content. People are seeking advice on temporary phone numbers, reliable services, and security measures while exploring different online services. The residential property market saw a total of 3,054 properties sold this week. Apartments comprised the largest share at 1,926 units while villas recorded 436 unit sales and land sales reached an impressive number of transactions with a total of 692.
Mortgages also played a significant role in this week’s transactions with a total amount of approximately $2.95 billion dirhams exchanging hands through $750 procedures. The Al Barsha area led the way in mortgage activity with $752 million dirhams from one procedure.
Donations were another notable aspect of this week’s real estate transactions with approximately $1.24 billion dirhams being donated through $197 procedures across several areas including Jaddaf Waterfront, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Beach Residence.
