On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market witnessed a total of 874 procedures, with sales accounting for approximately 2.27 billion dirhams. Among the most popular areas for sales were Wadi Al Safa 3, which saw 12 deals totaling 303 million dirhams, and Wadi Al Safa 5 with about 48 deals worth around 244 million dirhams. Palm Jumeirah also had a strong presence in the market, with nine deals worth around 133.6 million dirhams.
Mortgages amounted to around 322 million dirhams through 200 procedures on Thursday. Dubai Hills led the way in this category, with seven transactions worth around 53.3 million dirhams. Palm Jumeirah followed closely behind with five transactions worth around 51 million dirhams, while Dubai Industrial City had around four transactions worth around 40 million dirhams.
Donations were also a significant part of the Dubai real estate market on Thursday, reaching approximately 86 million dirhams through twenty-nine transactions involving residential units, buildings/villas and land plots. Business Bay had the highest value donations of around thirty million dirhams through three transactions, while Airport City One saw eleven transactions worth approximately twenty-seven point five million dirhams and Palm Jumeirah had two transactions worth approximately seven point seven million dirhams each.
