Dual-Sport Phenom Ava Kellenberg and All-Around Athlete Grady Walker: Finalists in KPAX Sports Awards

Kellenberg and Walker: The Sentinels

Sentinel High School has produced two exceptional athletes who are finalists in this year’s KPAX Sports Awards. Ava Kellenberg, a female nominee, has excelled as a two-sport star in volleyball and track and field at Sentinel. She was a team captain and all-state selection in volleyball, and she is the reigning state champion in the triple jump for track and field in Class AA. Kellenberg will continue her track and field career at UCLA next year while maintaining a 3.7 GPA and being a member of the national honors society.

Grady Walker, a male nominee from Sentinel, is also a three-sport athlete who participated in football, basketball, and track and field. He was an all-state receiver in football and helped lead the boys basketball team to the State AA championship game. Walker, a team captain, holds a 3.8 GPA and is part of the national honors society as well. He will continue his athletic career playing football for the UM Grizzlies this fall while remaining passionate about sports since he was young.

These athletes represent Sentinel High School as finalists in this year’s KPAX Sports Awards, showcasing their outstanding achievements both on and off the field.
