Drawbridge Realty, a San Francisco-based real estate investment company, has recently finalized lease extensions with L3Harris for approximately 150,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at Airport Technology Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. This move is part of Drawbridge’s leasing activity in its national portfolio for the year 2024, which now totals over 300,000 square feet.
The airport Technology Park in Salt Lake City is a 1.3 million square foot campus located next to Salt Lake City International Airport. In addition to L3Harris, other major tenants at this location include Myriad Genetics, who recently signed a 62,737 square foot expansion deal and will eventually occupy approximately 300,000 square feet of space.
In 2023, Drawbridge Realty had successful leasing activities in many of its target markets, totaling over 569,000 square feet. This was followed by a total leasing activity of over one million square feet in 2022.
