The certification is given by a leading international consultancy company that assesses workplace environments by gathering feedback from employees through the Trust Index® questionnaire.

The survey used to determine the certification is based on five dimensions of the Great Place To Work model: Credibility, Respect, Equity, Pride, and Cohesion. These dimensions measure employees’ trust in their managers, their relationship with their work and company, the overall atmosphere of the company, and their relationships with colleagues.
