Mr. Than, a 32-year-old individual, has been dealing with degenerative and ankylosing spondylitis of the hip joint for over a decade. As a result, he has deformed bones, low legs, and high legs, with his right hip joint completely stiff and unable to lift his legs, causing curvature of the spine. Despite being diagnosed with this condition more than a decade ago and recommended surgery by his doctor, he has not undergone treatment due to various reasons, which have significantly impacted his daily life.
