This collaboration expanded CTI’s capabilities and led to significant growth. As a result of this partnership, CTI’s workforce increased from 91 to over 200 employees.

According to Subbarayan, who is a representative of CTI, the partnership with SRNS has instilled confidence into the business. This has created a work culture that is thriving and constantly evolving. CTI has expanded its services beyond simple deconstruction to include heavy civil and rad exposure. This shift in focus has also captured the attention of prominent organizations such as Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Hanford.

CTI has achieved significant milestones as a result of its partnership with SRNS. The company has successfully delivered 20 task orders with $14.7 million of scope ahead of schedule. One of the projects completed by CTI, the Lower Three Runs project, earned the prestigious Secretary of Energy Achievement Award.
