4th Annual Student Research Showcase Hosted by the College of Health and Human Development

The College of Health and Human Development is hosting its 4th Annual Student Research Showcase on Tuesday, April 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. More than 60 undergraduate and graduate students will present their research projects during this event. The showcase is a hybrid event, with virtual oral presentations in the morning and in-person poster sessions in the afternoon.

Attendees can access a full schedule of presentations and links for the virtual sessions through the showcase website. The poster sessions will take place on the second-floor patio of the Education Classroom Building, where attendees can enjoy light refreshments and participate in a raffle for swag.

From noon to 1 p.m., there will be a virtual Undergraduate Research Panel featuring current Health and Human Development student researchers who will discuss their research experiences and provide advice on how other undergraduates can get involved in research projects with faculty. The panelists will also answer questions from the audience, providing an excellent opportunity for students interested in research to learn more about the process and get involved.

The Zoom link for the panel can be found on the Showcase website, making it easy for students to attend virtually or in-person if they choose to do so.

Overall, this annual event provides an excellent platform for students to showcase their research work while also learning from experts in the field of health and human development research.
