Since taking over as head coach in October 2020, Lue has led the Clippers to three NBA playoff appearances in four seasons. Under his guidance, the team has posted a winning record of 184-134 (.579) and secured a Pacific Division title in the 2023-24 season with 51 wins.

Having previously won an NBA championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016, Lue has an impressive coaching record of 312-217 over eight seasons in the league.
