Smyth achieved its third Michelin star in November, becoming only the 13th restaurant in the United States to receive this top rating. In addition to Smyth, two other American restaurants made the 51-100 list. Cosme, a Mexican cuisine-inspired restaurant in New York, claimed the No. 99 spot, while Le Bernardin, a French global fusion eatery in the same city, was ranked at No. 71.
