Chicago Sports Network (CHSN) Launches with Ambitious Goals to Revolutionize Pro Sports Coverage in the Midwest

Chicago Sports Network to broadcast Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox games on air

A new sports network, Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), is set to launch in October to carry games from three Chicago pro teams: the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox. The joint venture between the teams and Standard Media will air over 300 live games annually from these teams, along with pre- and postgame coverage, and 24-hour multisport programming.

CHSN’s commitment to serving fans is evident in its president’s statement. Jason Coyle emphasized that they aim to provide the best possible coverage for the teams with over 20 years of experience in Chicago-based sports media. He aims to push the limits of in-game and studio production, making the network available on multiple platforms and in various markets to reach as wide an audience as possible.

The network has secured agreements with traditional cable providers, streaming services, and will also be available as free, over-the-air broadcast. Pending league approvals, CHSN will reach viewers in most of Illinois, as well as parts of Indiana, Iowa, Michigan
