Chenega Business Secures $110 Million Army Contract for Base Operations Support Services

Chenega Base & Logistics Services, a company based in San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a $110 million contract by the U.S. Army for base operations support services over a five-year period. The contract was secured through an online solicitation led by the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, with three proposals being considered.

Under this firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials contract, Chenega Base & Logistics Services will provide base operations support services at locations to be determined with each order. The services will be rendered until July 15, 2029.

In addition to this contract, CBLS has also been awarded two Army contracts totaling $220 million for similar services at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska and its surrounding training areas. Both of these contracts are expected to run through June 2028.

Chenega Base & Logistics Services specializes in facility support, logistics services, and humanitarian support services. Their offerings include operations and maintenance, preventive maintenance services, logistics support services, and delivery of human services.
