Celebrating Success: Meredith’s Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program Graduates on Course to Pursue Healthcare Careers

Celebratory Ceremony Commemorates Completion of Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program

The Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate Program at Meredith recently held a celebration for the 30 students who completed their course of study on April 19, 2024. These students, part of the 2023-24 cohort, are now set to enroll in medical, dental, physician assistant, pharmacy, or optometry school after finishing the program.

The ceremony took place in Kresge Auditorium and was well-attended by friends and family members of the post-baccalaureate students. Christie Burley, Program Manager and Admissions Counselor, welcomed the audience with a warm message before introducing Dr. Jason Andrus, head of the Department of Biological Sciences, and Dr. Karthik Aghoram, Director and Lead Advisor for the post-bac program. Both speakers shared their congratulatory remarks during the event.
