In honor of National Men’s Health Month and Father’s Day, Greater St. Stephen Ministries is hosting a free Men’s Health Forum on June 15th from 9 a.m. to noon at their Morton Hall in New Orleans. The forum will focus on important men’s health issues such as prostate and colon health. Dr. Stephen Carrier, a urologist, and Dr. Calvin Williams, a general surgeon, will be speaking at the event. Meanwhile, Xavier University of Louisiana is hosting A Date with Dad on the same day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their Administration Auditorium in New Orleans. This father’s wellness event provides attendees with an opportunity to interact with community practitioners, experts and researchers to learn about best practices for fatherhood
