In Week 7 of the spring sports season, here are some of our favorite photos:
– Syracuse City vs. Bishop Grimes baseball (May 13): Syracuse City baseball players celebrate their 11-1 victory over Bishop Grimes in a non-league matchup at the Bishop Grimes baseball field.
– Fayetteville-Manlius vs. West Genesee girls lacrosse (May 16): Fayetteville-Manlius’ Julianna Cogliandro (6) and West Genesee’s Madelyn Ryder (2) battle for position during a Section III girls lacrosse game at Fayetteville-Manlius High School.
– Oneida flag football vs. Syracuse Academy of Science (May 17): Oneida senior Jocelyn Jackson (88) celebrates the team’s victory over Syracuse Academy of Science in the Section III Division II flag football championship at Henninger High School.
– Baldwinsville flag football vs. Syracuse East (May 17): Baldwinsville senior Aubrey Rizzo (8) makes a spectacular catch during the Section III Division I flag football championship against Syracuse East at Henninger High School.
– Syracuse Chargers Invitational boys and girls crew (May 18): Local crew teams compete in the Syracuse Chargers Rowing Club Junior Invitational at Onondaga Lake in Liverpool.
