Celebrating 30 Years of Patch and Emblem Manufacturing: World Emblem’s Story

World Emblem, a company based in Houston, marks 30 years of successful business operations

World Emblem, a global leader in patch and emblem manufacturing, is marking its 30th anniversary in the industry. Based in northwest Houston, the company produces an astounding 250 million emblems and custom products annually.

From humble beginnings as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993, World Emblem has grown exponentially to have nine locations worldwide and more than 1,000 employees. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Jim Kozel, takes pride in their minimum order quantity of one, which allows for both individual and bulk purchases.

Some of World Emblem’s most notable clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis. Kozel is particularly proud of the customized nature of their products and the high-profile brands they collaborate with.

Recently, ABC13’s Localish team was given a behind-the-scenes tour of World Emblem’s facilities. The intricate process of producing thousands of custom patches each day was on full display. For more information about World Emblem and its services, visit their website.
