The software provided by CDK is essential for auto dealerships to manage various activities, from scheduling to records. The outage has disrupted business at an AutoNation Honda dealership in Fremont, California. Dealerships in submitting their month-end financial reports during the system outage. CDK has created a resource center with commonly used documents and forms to support the sales and service efforts of these dealerships.

The cybersecurity incident last Wednesday paralyzed nearly 15,000 car dealerships across North America. Customers and dealerships alike are hoping for a prompt resolution to get their businesses back on track. While CDK has given hope for a fix to the issue multiple times, they have pushed back the timeline for when their systems will be fully operational before June 30.
