Cape Career and Technology Center excels at State SkillsUSA Competition – KBSI Fox 23 Cape Girardeau News

On the weekend of April 6 & 7, Cape Career and Technology Center shone at the State SkillsUSA Competition, earning a total of 38 medals. A total of 61 students from the center competed at the state level, showcasing their skills, dedication, and hard work. Among the medals won were sixteen gold medals, fifteen silver medals, and seven bronze medals.

The success of the CTC students did not go unnoticed. Sixteen of the gold medalists will now move on to compete in the SkillsUSA Nationals in Atlanta at the end of June. The CTC Facebook page expressed their pride in the students and gratitude towards the instructors and mentors who played a role in their success. The post encouraged students to continue pursuing their dreams with the same enthusiasm and dedication that led to their achievements.

The educators at CTC were recognized for providing exemplary training that contributed to the students’ success. The post emphasized that there was great potential within each student and promised ongoing support as they continued on their journey to greatness.
