Canada’s Humanitarian Efforts: Ensuring Safe Departure for Gaza Residents and Finding a Permanent Solution

Potential Opportunity in Ottawa? Canada’s Alluring Proposal for Gaza Residents

Canada is actively working to ensure the safe departure of individuals who have passed initial screening in Gaza by passing on their names to local authorities. Through collaboration with important partners such as Israel and Egypt, these temporary and humanitarian measures are being implemented to help these individuals reunite with their families in Canada. At every level, Canada is dedicated to facilitating the departure of these individuals and supporting their safety, especially children and extended family members.

Recently, the Minister of Heritage in the Knesset, Amichai Eliyahu of “Otzma Yehudit,” addressed this issue in an interview with Laban Caspit and Aryeh Eldad on Radio 103FM. He suggested that by allowing residents of Gaza to relocate to countries that are willing to accept them, the population in Gaza may decrease. According to reports, over 150 thousand Gazans have already emigrated to other countries, indicating a potential solution to preventing a situation like what occurred on October 7. Comparing the situation from all angles may be the key to finding a resolution.
