Buffalo Bills Revamp Scouting Department with Key Hires and Promotions Ahead of Upcoming Season

Matt Bazirgan promoted to director of college scouting by Bills

The Buffalo Bills are making changes to their scouting department, with Matt Bazirgan being promoted to the role of director of college scouting. Bazirgan had previously been a senior personnel executive with the team and completed his second season with the Bills. These moves were announced by general manager Brandon Beane.

In addition to Bazirgan’s promotion, Asil Mulbah was promoted to assistant director of pro scouting from his role as a pro scout. Keith Jennings transitioned to an area scout position after his time as Buffalo’s BLESTO scout. Darius Vinnett also joined the Bills as an area scout after spending 11 seasons with the Arizona Cardinals.

One of the new hires in the scouting department is Darius Vinnett, who most recently served as the assistant general manager of the CFL Toronto Argonauts. He will be joining the team as a pro scout, and these changes are aimed at strengthening the team’s scouting department and preparing for the upcoming season.
