Buc-ee’s Travel Center Breaks Ground in Luling, Texas: World’s Largest Station Opens June 10, 2024

The largest Buc-ee’s travel center in the country will soon be located in Luling, Texas. This new location, which will open on June 10, 2024, will replace the city’s original Buc-ee’s store that opened in 2003. With an impressive size of 75,000 square feet, this new center will feature 120 fuel stations, pristine bathrooms and a wide range of Buc-ee’s signature offerings including barbecue sandwiches, beef jerky, homemade fudge and Beaver Nuggets.

This new location marks the 50th Buc-ee’s to open across Texas and the South. It is also bigger than the previous largest Buc-ee’s in Sevierville, Tennessee by 1,000 square feet. With this addition, Texas is cementing its reputation as the Buc-ee’s capital. Stan Beard of Buc-ee’s expressed excitement about opening the largest travel center in the world in Texas especially in the city where it all began. The doors will open at 6 a.m on June 10 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for noon to mark the occasion.
