The Brooklyn Center Community Health Fair, one of the city’s largest events, will be held at a new location this summer with the goal of increasing attendance and vendor participation. Last year, over 1,000 people visited the fair and explored offerings from more than 75 vendors.
Scheduled for Saturday, August 10 at Brooklyn Center High School from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Community Health Fair aims to introduce residents to the various resources available in the town. Joe Cardoza, Brooklyn Center’s Communications Manager, emphasized the importance of making the fair accessible to all residents and fostering a sense of community.
Last year’s event, held outside Brooklyn Center City Hall, saw a significant turnout with 1,000 attendees and 75 vendors. Cardoza noted that the fair has been steadily growing in both participants and vendors each year.
The Brooklyn Center Community Health Fair is an excellent opportunity for residents to connect with their local community and discover valuable resources in the Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park areas within the Twin Cities. With over 75 vendors on display, attendees will have access to a wide range of health-related products and services.
Don’t miss this chance to learn more about your community’s health resources by attending this event on Saturday, August 10th at Brooklyn Center High School from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m
