Olsen, renowned for his passion for youth sports and his experience as a coach and parent, has been hosting a podcast called Youth Inc. for two years, providing guidance to parents on navigating the world of youth sports.

Olsen discussed the challenges of calling a live football game for three hours while highlighting the complexities involved in analyzing players, schemes, and terminology during a game. He pointed out that broadcasting is not as easy as it may seem with some individuals adapting quickly while others struggle.

Before emceeing the Project Play Summit, Olsen had a conversation with Brady about what to expect in the broadcasting industry.
