On Thursday afternoon, Sunrise Natural Foods in Roseville was the target of a brazen theft of several costly supplement products from popular companies Enzymedica and Nordic Naturals. The incident was captured on surveillance video provided to KCRA 3, which depicts two individuals entering the store wearing puffer vests.
According to manager Laura Ryan of Sunrise Natural Foods, the thieves were able to conceal bottles of the supplements behind their backs and then discreetly place them into their vest pockets in just under three minutes. Ryan described the incident as “100% disheartening” and stated that she was shocked by how quickly and smoothly the theft took place.
The stolen products, known for their high quality and effectiveness, are not only a financial blow to Sunrise Natural Foods but also affect the customers who rely on these supplements for their health and wellness needs. The store is now working with local authorities to track down the suspects and recover the stolen merchandise.
