Blending into Nature: The Artful Design of a Recreation and Sports Park

In the southwestern corner of the lush green recreation and sports park, a beautiful tree stand stands tall, giving the area its unique character. To minimize disruption to the existing trees, we carefully planned the layout of the main entrances and the location of the water playground basins and stage.

In the eastern part of the area, we designed a water playground that is perfect for children to splash around in. Meanwhile, in the western part, we created wooden squares and paths that meander between the trees, creating a natural feel to the park.

The entire recreation and sports park is divided into two zones: a lively area with water playgrounds and an outdoor stage for events, and a quieter, more natural “forest” zone with benches and spaces for relaxation. Our goal was to create a park where every resident could find a place that they enjoyed. While we aimed to keep the volume of the park low, we also needed to incorporate technical and storage facilities for the water playgrounds.
