Britain’s sixth-highest ranked men’s player, Billy Harris, suffered a straight sets defeat at Queen’s to Lorenzo Musetti. The Italian player celebrated his 6-3 7-5 victory by falling to the floor. Despite being broken in his first service game and failing to capitalize on break point opportunities, Harris struggled throughout the match against Musetti. However, this loss marked the end of a memorable week for Harris, who will be making his Grand Slam debut at Wimbledon this summer after receiving a wildcard for the main draw starting on 1 July. Meanwhile, Jack Draper is set to play against Tommy Paul in another match at Queen’s, with the winner advancing to face either Sebastian Korda or Rinky Hijikata. Alexander Zverev also made it through to the semi-finals at the Halle Open in Germany after coming back from losing the first set to defeat Arthur Fils.
