On May 27th, several exciting baseball regional tournament matches took place. In the Eighth Region, South Oldham emerged victorious over Walton-Verona with a score of 7-3. Meanwhile, Simon Kenton beat Shelby County 3-0 in the Ninth Region. In the Tenth Region, Mason County won against Pendleton County 3-1, while Montgomery County secured a stunning 11-0 victory over Bishop Brossart in 5 innings.
In addition to these exciting games, there were also some great softball matchups on May 27th. In the Ninth Region, Campbell County defeated George Rogers Clark 21-6 in just 4 innings. Highlands emerged victorious over Cooper with a score of 7-4, while Notre Dame won against Conner with a score of 4-3. These impressive wins showcased the skill and talent of these teams and athletes.
