Banner Bank Employees and La Center Educator Recognized for Outstanding Achievements in their respective Fields

Six local employees from Banner Bank have recently been recognized for their outstanding performance with the prestigious Banner’s Best award. This is the highest level of recognition within the company, and it honors Banner’s top-performing employees. The recipients, Nick Olheiser, Ellen Fite, George Martin, Lee Hicks, Allison Kulikowski, and Ashley Flath, were praised by Mark Grescovich, the president and CEO, for exemplifying the company’s values of being connected, knowledgeable, and responsive. Grescovich also highlighted how these employees continuously strive for excellence in everything they do.

Meanwhile, Joe Bosch of La Center has joined the advisory council for the Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington. Mike Reardon, the executive director of the agency, expressed appreciation for Bosch’s background in education and his understanding of the support and resources that families need to care for their aging loved ones at home. Bosch himself emphasized the importance of reducing the stress that family caregivers often experience and providing them with the knowledge and skills to make the caregiving process easier and more enjoyable.
