Wisconsin Football Offers Class of 2026 iOL Player a Scholarship

The Wisconsin Badgers have offered a scholarship to class of 2026 interior offensive lineman Benjamin Novak on Wednesday. Novak is one of four 2026 prospects to receive an offer from UW in a single day, along with running back Izaiah Wright, tight end Gavin Mueller, and wide receiver Dveyoun Bonwell-Witte. The Badgers have been ramping up their recruiting efforts for the 2026 class recently, following a successful class of 2025 recruiting cycle.

Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 320 pounds, Novak currently plays for Andrean High School in Merrillville, Indiana. He is ranked by 247Sports as the nation’s No. 37 interior offensive lineman and the No. 7 recruit from Indiana for the class of 2026. Novak has received offers from several other schools, including Akron, Louisville, Ball State, and Indiana, among others.

While the Badgers are still pursuing an interior offensive lineman for the 2025 cycle, they are likely to secure a commitment later in the summer.
