The Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan has issued a statement condemning the comments made by Luxembourg’s President of the Chamber of Deputies in Yerevan, accusing him of attempting to undermine the progress of the peace process. The Azerbaijani parliament criticized Luxembourg, suggesting that they may have been influenced by a “French-style” approach to the South Caucasus region. They accused Luxembourg of distorting the processes in the region and making demands on Azerbaijan.
